Spray Paints are wonderful to use for all our decorative, finishing and industrial applications. Easy to use, not messy if used correctly and no special preparations needed. Take the cap off and start spraying! However, because of the aerosol and solvents present in the spray paints, they don’t work on thermocol or styrofoam. A few tips while you use your Sprayons Thermocol Safe Spray Paints
- Make sure that the surface to be sprayed must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease, rust, dirt, dust or other surface contaminations.
- Do not use the spray paints on hot surfaces.
- For best results, shake the spray can vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes before use. After use, keep the spray can upside down. This will ensure consistent results the next time you use the spray paints.
- While spraying keep a distance of 15-25 cms from the surface. Spraying too close may result in bubbles, tears and sagging.
- For best results, spray 2 to 3 coats at an interval of 10-15 minutes in a dry environment.
- Clean the actuator with cloth. If the spray stops or is irregular, remove the actuator, clean with thinner and put it back.
- Use plastic primer spray paint prior to spraying on a plastic surface
- More the surface preparation, better will be the results!
